Practice Healing
We are not therapy. We are not treatment. We are not diagnostic.
We are therapeutic support and aftercare — the place where everything you have learned from your clinical team finally becomes a life.
What CDM Wellness Practice Is
A Beautiful Place to
Practice Healing
CDM Wellness Practice is a private aftercare and wellness practice in Corona Del Mar — a quiet, affluent beach town in Orange County. We accept one or two clients at a time and provide a structured, supportive environment for the long, steady work of integrating recovery, building new habits, and returning to a life that actually sustains well-being.
You keep your psychotherapist. You keep your psychiatrist. We coordinate with your existing clinical team and provide the around-the-clock support, daily structure, and beautiful coastal environment that makes their work actually take root.
We don't just help you finish treatment. We help you develop your own wellness practice — one that will last you a lifetime.
This is where the rubber meets the road.
Our Approach
Three Things That
Make This Work
Built around a simple premise — that lasting change requires the right environment, the right support, and the right tools, applied steadily, over time.
Treatment + Practice = Lifelong Well-Being
◆ The Environment
A Private Beachside Residence
A beautifully appointed apartment in Corona Del Mar, one block from the beach. Completely private, completely yours. The kind of setting that makes the slow work of integration not just bearable, but genuinely good.
◇ The Support
24/7 Coaching & Continuity
Around-the-clock companion and coaching support, daily structure, and full coordination with your existing psychotherapist and psychiatrist. We complement your team — we don't replace it.
◈ The Practice
Evidence-Based & Spiritually Grounded
Skills and frameworks drawn from DBT, CBT, ACT, ERP, and EMDR — alongside mindfulness, spiritual practice, and real daily integration. SADScore tracks how you are doing day by day.
A Tool We Actually Use
Take Your SADScore
SADScore — Stress, Anxiety, Depression Score. A real measurement of well-being across the dimensions of a whole life.
SADScore is our proprietary daily wellness check-in — twenty questions across the dimensions of a whole life. We use it with every client we work with, every day they're with us. Take five minutes and see what you score right now.
The 80+ Threshold
Scores range from 20 to 100. A score of 80 or above means a person is genuinely thriving across the dimensions that make up a whole life — body, mind, mood, connection, purpose.
3–4 Weeks Sustained
Our goal with every client is three to four weeks of consistently scoring 80 or above. Not one good day — a sustained pattern. That tells us the change has taken root.
Time to Go Home
When a client sustains 80+ for that window, we know they're ready. It's the cleanest signal we have that the practice has actually become a life — not just an exception.
How are you, really?
Twenty questions. Five minutes. A clear, honest number that reflects how you're actually doing right now. No data leaves your browser unless you choose to share it with Adam.

Lived Experience.
Real Practice.
After 30 years building and running a successful production company, Adam walked away from it all to pursue the work he had always been called to do. He holds a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, a Master's in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica, and a B.A. in Business from Southern Methodist University.
For more than five years, Adam has served as a Companion and Coach — most recently at a leading Houston-based diagnostic and clinical institute — working alongside celebrities, executives, and high-profile individuals navigating some of the most complex chapters of their lives. He has practiced sobriety personally for over 12 years and has navigated several deeply traumatic chapters in his own life and come through them stronger. That lived experience is part of what he brings into the room.
